Note: Once you accept a position on one of our teams, the letter of commitment, medical release form, and the Sudden Cardiac/Concussion form must be turned in with your Power Surge Registration form and commitment fee. Uniform sizing will also be taking place that same day.

I can offer you the following daters in November for gym use; 2, 14, 16, 20, 22, 28 & 30, from 6:30-8:30.We have Parent/ Teacher conferences the second week of November.
